Kebab Spice - Moroccan Style

Kebab Spice is the perfect blend of seasonings to prepare your favorite Shish Kebab recipe.

Ingredients: cayenne, cilantro, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, garlic, parsley, pepper and more.

To prepare Kebabs you’ll need:

2lb minced lamb.
1 large onion chopped.
2in piece ginger chopped.
2 garlic cloves crushed.
1 green chilli chopped.
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander.
1 beaten egg.
1 tbsp natural yogurt.
1 tbsp oil.
3 TBSP of Kebab Spice Mix.

Put all ingredients except the yogurt and oil, into a food processor or blender and process until the mixture binds together. Spoon into a bowl and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions with lightly floured hands and mold into sausage shapes, thread onto skewers and chill. Brush the kebabs lightly with the yogurt and oil, and cook under a hot grill for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally, until brown all over.
