The plate has a unique tangier, grooved design which enhances its stick-resistant ability. It's beautiful design makes it perfect to showcase and serve your delicious tagine meal.

The Tagine Tangier Yellow tagine is fired in a professional kiln at 1700°F to create a high quality, long lasting piece that becomes an essential centerpiece in your kitchen. Once you taste the fabulous flavor of eating meals prepared in earthenware, you may never need another cooking dish! The conical lid creates acts to trap the steam and drizzle it back down into the dish creating a flavorful sauce as well as tender meats and vegetables.
